Tutorspace Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1. "Tutorspace," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Tutorspace LLC, the provider of the Services.

3. "Student" refers to an individual receiving tutoring services through Tutorspace.
4. "Tutor" refers to an individual providing tutoring services through Tutorspace.

2. Services

1. Tutorspace offers a platform that connects students with qualified tutors for personalized tutoring sessions.
2. Tutorspace does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from tutoring sessions. The effectiveness of tutoring depends on the efforts of both the tutor and the student.
3. Tutorspace reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

1. To access certain features of the Services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Tutorspace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other reasons deemed appropriate.

4. Payments and Refunds

1. Students may be required to pay for tutoring sessions or subscription fees as part of the Services. Payment terms are outlined at the time of purchase.
2. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors, and Tutorspace does not store credit card information.
3. Tutorspace offers a limited refund policy based on circumstances such as missed sessions or tutor availability issues. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within [X] days of the session.
4. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable once billed, except as required by law.

5. User Conduct

1. Tutorspace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
2. The maximum liability of Tutorspace for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tutorspace, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
